ProjectConnect

Creating connection & community.

Do you want to create connection in your college, business, community, or in your own life?

We provide you with a proven step-by-step roadmap for building relationships quickly.

Loneliness and disconnection are everywhere. According to a survey by Cigna, 62% of U.S. employees are lonely. Similarly, over half of college students report loneliness at any given time. This may be harming your organization more than you realize, because feeling connected drives engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

If you’re ready to build stronger connection among your students and/or employees, we can provide you with a step-by-step process. We’ve developed a proven roadmap for building positive relationships quickly in small groups—the ProjectConnect program. It's been demonstrated to reduce loneliness and create connection … and participants love it, with 98% saying they would recommend the program to a friend or co-worker!

ProjectConnect is the most powerful connection-building program there is.

Three steps to greater connection

  1. Become a Certified ProjectConnect Facilitator. Attend or host a certification training to prepare one or more individuals from your organization to lead ProjectConnect groups.

  2. Run ProjectConnect groups. Facilitators lead groups of 4-6 participants through our easy-to-follow, evidence-based, 6-session curriculum.

  3. Build Connection. Group participants get to know each other, develop positive relationships, and build community!

Certified Facilitators may repeat steps 2 & 3 indefinitely! The more Certified ProjectConnect Facilitators you have in your organization, the more groups you can run, and the more connection you can create.

What difference would it make to your organization to create a culture of connection?
