The Secret to Making Friends as an Adult is a 6-session, live Zoom course for women and non-binary individuals who want to have deeper, more meaningful relationships. You will:

• Learn concrete actions you can take to generate genuine connection.

• Create a personal step-by-step plan to develop fulfilling friendships.

• Build your connection skills (and make real connections) in a small, supportive group.
